This was the first word I learnt in Hungarian! And this was one of my first pictures I took in Hungary, in Pesterzsebet. I wish I could have captured Szandys face when she saw this romantic message.

How can you not love a trabbie. I was glad to see I wasn't the only one!

This was taken at Balaton! This sums up the Hungarian heart to me, together on a sunny day at Balaton, Hungarians wear it on their sleeve.

Again, taken at Balaton, this couple where in the middle of the lake, in perfect solitude, surrounded by thousands of bathers.

This is in Szekesfehervar. I wonder how many "little bears" he has professed his love to on these very steps.

"In this series i worked together with a group of people and our idea was it to make some pictures because of the new media law. And that the goverment also banned a lot of stuff, for example people are not allowed anymore to sleep on public places."

Dignity

"In this series i try to show a different point of view of hungary. In hungary you can see a lot of homeless people so i think it is a important topic. In my pictures i tried to show the living conditions"

This is a stop motion animation made with lids that lets your imagination flow. It is a fantastical story that can be interpreted in a lot of ways like what an unknown yet full of magic place Hungary is.

Hungarians are very proud of their heroes of the past. In the minds of the Hungarians the historic heroes are very much alive. The world moves on, but the spirits of heroic figures are always present. I try to show these heroes in a modern, dynamic way.
